1. Return Policy

Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

Tags, labels, and packaging intact

No stains, odors, or damage

Items returned in poor or used condition will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Items marked “Final Sale”

 

Underwear, socks, or hygiene-related goods

Customized or personalized products

Return Process

Email us at info@attrue.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for approval and return instructions.

Ship the item back using your preferred courier (unless otherwise stated).

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

 


 

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

Size issues

Color change (if available)

Defective or damaged products (see below)

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or video of the product and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or alternative solution.

Exchange Process

 

Email info@attrue.com with your issue and order number.

We will confirm availability of the replacement item.

Return the original item (unless the defect is verified).

We will ship the replacement once the return is received and approved.

 


 

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if:

Returned item passes inspection

Item meets return conditions

Item is not a non-returnable product

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your:

Original payment method, or

Store credit (if preferred)

Refund Processing Time

Processing time: 3–7 business days after item inspection

Refund may take additional time due to bank/issuer processing delays

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (initial or return) are non-refundable.

 


 

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

You may request an order cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.

To cancel:
Email info@attrue.com immediately with your order number.

If Order Is Already Shipped

It cannot be canceled.

You must wait for delivery and then request a return (if eligible).

Pre-orders

Cancellation allowed only before production or dispatch.

 


 

5. Wrong Address Policy

If you entered an incorrect address:

Email us immediately at info@attrue.com

We can update the address only if the order has not shipped

Once shipped, we cannot modify the address

Packages lost due to incorrect addresses are not refundable.

 


 

6. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

ATTRUE is not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered but missing

Packages lost due to incorrect address

Stolen packages after delivery

However, we will try our best to support you with a carrier investigation.
