ATTRUE stands behind every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In their original condition with all tags attached

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by your original receipt or proof of purchase

 

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@attrue.com to request a return authorization before sending any items back. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

 

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@attrue.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right at no additional cost to you — including a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Personal care and beauty goods (for hygiene reasons)

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

 

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order separately. This ensures the item you want is in stock and ships to you without delay.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
